Michael Joyce founded Joyce Consulting in August of 2005 to focus on the needs of the small business. Michael has an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and 10 years of top management experience.

We work with top-notch industry professionals and business associates, drawing on this accumulated knowledge and experience to achieve exceptional results for our clients. This allows us to tackle almost any issue that a small business may need help with.

Located in Redding, CA, we have worked with clients throughout the western US.

We offer a full line of business consulting services, including strategic planning, finance and accounting, and change management. Our focus is on helping businesses with fewer than 100 employees. And although we have worked with larger companies, we enjoy the fast paced, flexible dynamics of a small business. It is much easier to see lasting change in a smaller organization.
